In a world that often feels fast-paced and ever-changing, it can be grounding to connect with nature and embrace the different rhythms of each season. Just as a gardener tends to their plants with care and attention, we too can cultivate a healthier life by embracing practices aligned with the natural world around us.
Living A Life In Season is practice. It is the practice of attending to, and appreciating, where you are right now. Because, no matter the season, there is always something to be sown, something to be grown, something to be learned, and a harvest of that work. As a gardener I nurture the soil, plants, and wildlife I am tending to, but in turn, my garden tends to me. I learn so much about myself and the world around me in those quiet tending hours.
Each season offers new awareness. Spring roars in with its endless possibilities. Summer rewards hard work with a garden in full of bloom! Dressed in sweet carrots, ruby red beets, and the intoxicating smell of tomato plants. Fall takes over with its hardy squash, emerald kale and promise of rest soon to come. Winter arrives and covers it all up with a blanket so I can turn away to rest and refresh without regret. The wisdom of seasons.
A Life in Season, as a practice, is guided by the rhythms of nature. This practice cultivates a deeper connection to the world around you and a more vibrant fulfilling life, rooted in connection, growth, and love.
